Schedule More Trainings
With many of the colleges not having or having a greatly reduced summer schedule I think you should offer more trainings during the summer, particularly face-to-face trainings. We could use more online trainings as well, especially shorter than 4 week courses.

I certainly agree with that it is a great time for online classes.
I would love to be part of the pilot certification in the summer (seeing that you and I discussed that some year or more ago :-) . It is great to see it underway at last after it was for forshadowed by Pat (and yourself?) in the original posting on your site.

Peter: we may take you up on your offer. Details of the program will be available by the ONline Teaching Conference. You can start taking classes in the summer. The entire program will roll out in the Fall. It is a much improved program based on iNACOL competencies and standards. It will also include the use of ePortfolios to house your class projects and other artifacts that demonstrate your competency in online instruction.
