We know that we can serve you better, but only you can tell us how. So, we have created My @One idea so you can share your ideas with us.

Registered users can post ideas for new services, new trainings, better communications, or any other idea on how we can improve. You can also vote for ideas you like, or veto ideas you don’t like. Make comments and improve suggestions from other users.

Courses like this one (Building Online Community with Social Media) are excellent, efficient, and effective. What would really be helpful would be follow-up courses, and in this case, I think that would be at least two more. There are so many approaches developing in the range of social media, and it is not possible to cover enough of what technologies students are already using in just one four-week period. Given Michelle's well-constructed and executed course, another four-eight weeks studying with her would be a good investment for both her students and their students.

Schedule More Trainings

 With many of the colleges not having or having a greatly reduced summer schedule I think you should offer more trainings during the summer, particularly face-to-face trainings. We could use more online trainings as well, especially shorter than 4 week courses.

Regional Training Centers

 It seems that most of the @ONE face-to-face trainings are located in urban areas, usually San Diego, Los Angeles or the bay area. Have you ever thought of establishing regional trainings center so that the whole state could participate in face-to-face trainings from @ONE?

New Courses- Mobile Devices

 I would like to see some courses on delivering instruction using mobile devices including the new Apple iPad. I hear that Blackboard has just released some new features aimed at mobile devices. My students are on their cell phones more than their computers.
